I can’t believe it’s this time of year again already! Putting these collections together is always one of the highlights of my year. I love revisiting every wedding and remembering some of the great moments and people I’ve met on these special days. It’s also a huge challenge. Going through upwards of 30,000 photos and whittling them down to around 150 is no small task! There are bound to be some images that could have made this collection. Don’t be disheartened if your favourite isn’t amongst them!

I’m in the fortunate position of having delivered all of my 2023 weddings before Christmas this year. This has given me the opportunity to enjoy a lovely Christmas with my family before gearing up for another year of awesome weddings in 2024. I want to say a massive ‘thank you’ to all of the couples who trusted me to capture their big day in 2023. You have all let me in to document what is essentially an intimate and personal occasion and made me feel so welcome. For that I will be forever grateful. And to those who have booked me for their weddings in 2024 and beyond, I can’t wait to capture your special days too!

A huge thanks also to the venue staff and suppliers I’ve worked with this year. The wedding industry in the north east is blessed with some of the nicest and hardest working folk around. You all work tirelessly to make sure every couple has the best possible day. I’m looking forward to crossing paths with some of you again next year, and meeting some lovely new ones too!
