Stephanie and Kurt’s wedding at Dalton Old Pump House was full of laughter, love and memorable moments.

Dalton Old Pump House offers a beautiful setting for a countryside wedding. Its historic stone building gives the venue plenty of character. The imposing architecture also provides a stunning backdrop for photographs.

Stephanie and Kurt made the most of this beautiful setting. Their day brought family and friends together in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The Old Pump House created the perfect backdrop for their celebrations.

The North East weather, however, had other plans.

The wind picked up throughout the day. Eventually, it became strong enough to create one particularly memorable moment when a sudden gust caught Stephanie’s veil and sent it flying from her head. Unfortunately, the veil didn’t land nearby. Instead, it sailed into a tree!

Thankfully, the venue team quickly stepped in to help as they rescued the veil from the tree and returned it safely to Stephanie. It made for a great story and gave everyone a good laugh.

These unexpected moments often become some of the best wedding memories. Stephanie and Kurt certainly won’t forget watching their veil take flight!

Despite the wind, the couple enjoyed a fantastic day surrounded by the people they love. The Old Pump House provided a beautiful and atmospheric setting throughout the celebrations.

From the countryside surroundings to the historic character of the building, the venue gave us plenty of opportunities for photographs. And, of course, the runaway veil added a little extra adventure to the day.
