Lord Crewe Arms wedding // Abbi + Ashley

A wedding that starts with a dog walk on the moors is already a winner in my book, and when it’s in a stunning location such as the Lord Crewe Arms in the beautiful village of Blanchland, even better! If you have the chance to visit Blanchland, do so – it’s a real hidden gem, and the Lord Crewe Arms is popular for a reason. The food and service here are both top notch.

September is a great month to get married, there’s always something special about the light at this time of year. Fortunately, the weather also played nice so Abbi and Ashley were able to have an outdoor ceremony, which looked absolutely stunning in the lovely grounds of the Lord Crewe Arms.

They were such a lovely couple to work with, and I just loved the way they looked at each other – you would be very hard pushed to find a couple as happy in each other’s presence as these two. Abbi and Ashley – massive congratulations to you both, and thanks again for having me along – it may have taken a year longer than expected but boy was it worth it!

If you’re getting married soon and would like me to capture the story of your wedding day, please get in touch!
